Serving her community in Paddington and internationally, Kate recognises the huge potential and power in breathwork to dramatically shift mindset and mood as well as process and eliminate old narratives and emotions.

Michael Klim is an elite athlete, entrepreneur, ambassador, philanthropist and family man. In addition to being one of Australia’s most awarded swimmers, Michael is the founder of Klim Swim, World Series Swims and the Klim Foundation. The Triple Olympian is passionate about helping people with goal setting, how to look after their body, and how to reach the elite mindset in everyday life.

Tory Trewhitt is an executive health and accountability coach and has worked as an Exercise Physiologist and Conditioning Specialist before starting his own company, to help others reach their fitness and mental health and wellness goals. During his career, Tory has worked with celebrities, elite athletes, corporate workers, disabled and elderly clients.
MEDITATION TEACHER
Soelae is a meditation teacher, speaker, and corporate mental wellbeing educator with over two decades of study and experience. She has run wellness retreats globally, spoken at prestigious events such as Wanderlust and the Stress and Overwhelm Summit, and empowered countless individuals to effortlessly incorporate meditation into their lives.

Dean is a qualified and practising Personal Trainer, Founder of Power of the Breath, Bondi Lifeguard, Holistic Health Coach, Oxygen Advantage Master Instructor, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Ice Bath Instructor Yoga Teacher, Public Speaker and Performance Coach.

Charlotte is an inspiring and passionate individual who spreads positivity through yoga and movement. With clients including Middle Eastern royalty, Miranda Kerr, Gerard Butler, and Orlando Bloom, she is known for her relatable and energetic approach.
