We are committed to personalised and comprehensive patient care.
At Greencare Clinics, our commitment to patient care is at the heart of everything we do, and we have a patient-first approach. We strive to create a warm and welcoming environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns, asking questions, and actively participating in their healthcare decisions.
When you book a telehealth appointment with Greencare Clinics, you can expect the following steps as part of your journey to wellness.
Ahead of your scheduled consultation you will receive a reminder SMS with your appointment details. If you have any questions ahead of your consultation, please call our patient care team on 1300 508 888.
Your consultation will be a private telehealth appointment with the practitioner via phone. The practitioner will call from a private number, so please ensure you are able to answer the call.
Please call our friendly patient care team on 1300 508 888 if you have any questions you forgot to ask during your consultation.
If you receive a prescription during your consultation, your electronic prescription and any required regulatory approvals will be sent to your nominated pharmacy.
The pharmacy will process your prescription, and your medication will be delivered discreetly to your door.
One month after your initial consultation you are advised to complete a clinical review with your practitioner. A Greencare team member will reach out directly to organise this review.
The Greencare team will reach out to you before your scripts expire to determine if you would like to book in a follow-up appointment.
We ensure our patients are looked after at every step of the way, and the Greencare patient care team is available to answer any questions you have between Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
