When you book a telehealth appointment with the Greencare Clinics team, you can expect the following steps as part of your journey to wellness.

Receive a reminder call

Ahead of your scheduled consultation you will receive a reminder text and a phone call from one of our patient care team members. This call is an opportunity to ask any questions you may have in the lead up to your appointment. 

Connect with our practitioners

Private telehealth consultation with the practitioner via zoom or phone. 

Receive a follow up call

Following your appointment with the practitioner, you will receive a text message and a call from the patient care team to ensure you are satisfied with your consultation.

Prescription is sent to the pharmacy

If you receive a prescription during your consultation, your prescription will be sent to Botanica Pharmacies who will direct your prescription to a pharmacy in their network closest to your location.

Receive your prescription

The service provided by the Botanica Pharmacies team is at no cost to you. We use Botanica Pharmacies to ensure the process of receiving your prescription is a smooth journey.

Receive a follow up call

Once you have received your prescription, the Greencare Clinics patient care team will call you to follow up and see if you have any further questions about your medication, dosage or consult.

Ongoing check-in if required

During your appointment with the practitioner, you will be encouraged to make a follow up appointment in a month’s time so you can check in with the practitioner, ensure your medication is working correctly and provide an opportunity for you to ask any additional questions.

We ensure you are looked after at every step of your journey to wellness. The Greencare Clinics patient care team is available Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm to answer any questions you may have.

Kathleen Kuntz, MSN/NP

Kathleen is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a proven track record of assisting clients in finding relief through alternative plant based medications.

With over 25 years experience in women’s health, Kathleen has extensive experience in looking after female veterans who experience chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD and related insomnia (at unacceptably high rates); women experiencing chronic pain associated with endometriosis or other chronic pelvic pain syndromes; sexual health, vulvovaginal pain, pain with intercourse, and pain related to menopause.

After experiencing the positive effects plant based medicine had on patients in the USA, Kathleen undertook the training/education to become a certified cannabis prescriber. After moving to Canberra from the USA, Kathleen became an authorised prescriber in Australia. 

Kathleen is driven by her passion to help patients on their healthcare journey through alternative medication.
