The quality of your breath is directly linked to the quality of your focus. And your focus is the most precious energetic currency you have.

In these sessions with Kate you will practice simple and profoundly effective ways to switch your mental and emotional states using ancient technologies borrowed from Yoga and backed by science. Taking into consideration your health goals, expect to learn techniques that can be used in every day moments as well as those that are best practiced alone. 
The intention is to have you feel better, more often.

Phase 1. A conversation with specific questions about your current mental, emotional and physical state.

Phase 2. Description of the practices and how to do each technique followed by actual practice. This forms the main part of the session and may often be sealed with meditation or relaxation. Music is often used as a powerful motivator.

Phase 3. Integration. A conversation around how to take the practices you have learned with you and how to use them in your every day life (or until the next time we meet).

You’ll be provided with a recording of the session which is included in the cost.

In the Revitalise32 and Wellness Mastery programs, Tory and Michael work together to help you achieve your health goals. Michael works with you in the first and last sessions to develop the elite mindset, and Tory will give you the tools and strategies you need to ensure you remain accountable.

Unlike impersonal apps or group classes, Soelae’s sessions offer an intimate experience where the meditation journey is carefully tailored to you. You’ll be supported every step of the way, emerging from each session feeling relaxed, centered, and at peace.

Are you desiring to deepen your meditation practice beyond the use of apps? If you’re seeking a more profound and transformative experience, then this course is for you.

You will learn Vedic Meditation which is a transcendence-based technique originating from India. The technique is designed for the modern day person to release mental stress and to optimise one’s life with greater awareness, clarity and peace.

Whether you’re new to meditation or a more experienced meditator and want to re-establish a regular practice with a new technique, the course is tailored for all.

The course consists of three 90-minute sessions held over several days. In the initial session, you’ll receive your personalised instruction on how to effortlessly enter the meditative state. The following lessons will focus on refining your practice, deepening your theoretical and practical understanding and by the end of the course, you’ll emerge as a self-sufficient meditator, capable of experiencing profound meditative states and feeling empowered to effectively navigate life’s challenges.

Zoe Bingley-Pullin

Zoe is a nutritionist, mother, healthy foods chef and founder of nutritional edge, a nutritional consultancy company based in Sydney.

Zoe’s passion for food has empowered her to help many people embrace the benefits of food through education. By improving people’s knowledge and understanding of food, she believes they’re able to create and sustain a healthier and more delicious life and their very own love affair with food.

As a passionate writer, Zoe has released several successful cookbooks and an online food program. Zoe regularly appears on television and is currently an ambassador and nutritional expert for the Woolworths Bunch Community.

During your sessions, Zoe will take you through a comprehensive guide on the foundations of nutrition, how to read food labels and food groups to give a good overview of healthy eating.

You will work with Zoe to create an individual food plan and supplement regime, along with any helpful cooking and motivational tips. Overall, you will leave with a comprehensive plan to address any issue/s you are presenting to Zoe with and want help with.

What to expect

  • Pre-consult online questionnaire for clients to complete and return prior to the first session.
  • Five nutrition sessions, inclusive of: An initial session (approx. 60min); and Four follow-up sessions (approx. 30-45min).
  • Personalised food plan and supplement regime.

Zoe works with all health conditions, where applicable she asks clients to send in any relevant pathology tests along with their new client history form, prior to the first appointment.

Kathleen is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a proven track record of assisting clients in finding relief through alternative plant based medications.

With over 25 years experience in women’s health, Kathleen has extensive experience in looking after female veterans who experience chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD and related insomnia (at unacceptably high rates); women experiencing chronic pain associated with endometriosis or other chronic pelvic pain syndromes; sexual health, vulvovaginal pain, pain with intercourse, and pain related to menopause.

After experiencing the positive effects plant based medicine had on patients in the USA, Kathleen undertook the training/education to become a certified cannabis prescriber. After moving to Canberra from the USA, Kathleen became an authorised prescriber in Australia. 

Kathleen is driven by her passion to help patients on their healthcare journey through alternative medication.
