Laura brings extensive experience as a Holistic Health Practitioner, Educator, Model, Author, Former Professional Athlete, and Mother to the Heal Your Health platform. Laura holds a Bachelor of Education in Personal Development, Health, and Physical Exercise, and is a certified holistic health practitioner from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. Laura is dedicated to helping mothers achieve overall health and wellness in order to create thriving families. 

Mat serves as a High Performance Coach, Holistic Health Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Therapeutic Masseur, Personal Trainer, CrossFit Coach, and Father. With over 20 years in holistic health, his journey was inspired by Kung Fu, which introduced him to breath control and meditation. Personal losses shifted his focus to health through nature, breathwork, and holistic practices. Mat studied at the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Oxygen Advantage. His mission is to help mothers heal their health through diet and lifestyle and bring balance into their lives. A healthy mother creates a positive ripple effect throughout the family.

The Heal Your Health course is a comprehensive 12 week wellness initiative designed by Laura and Mat to improve your overall health through holistic practices. The course is designed to create a significant change to your lifestyle and long-term health, rather than offering a quick-fix approach. Modules within the program include: food as medicine, sleep, physical activity, hormones, stress, macro and micro nutrients, gut microbiome, controversial food, and biohacking. 

The course helps to educate and empower you to achieve a balanced, healthy lifestyle by addressing the root causes of health concerns. By following the guidance provided, you will gain knowledge that leads to increased energy, improved mental clarity, better stress management, and enhanced emotional wellbeing. Dedicate one hour per week to complete this 12 week self-led course.
