Who Qualifies for the Concession Program?

The Concession Program is available to holders of the following valid Australian government-issued cards:

  •  Health Care Card
  • Veterans Card (DVA)
  • Seniors Health Card or Pension Concession Card

Please upload your valid card information when booking. The concession rate does not apply to weight loss, men’s health, women’s health, hair loss, or wellness expert services.

  • Consultation is by telehealth only (phone/video). 
  • Includes a one-month follow-up health review with nurse. 
  • Practitioner will determine the appropriate healthcare plan for your situation.
  • You will be required to submit a recent Health Summary ahead of your appointment.
