At Greencare, our priority is to provide supportive care for every patient. While you are always free to nominate any pharmacy for dispensing, we have established secure communication channels and processes with several experienced pharmacies along the east coast of Australia.
We will always provide you with a copy of your prescription if you ask us. However, we cannot guarantee that the pharmacy that you take your prescription to will have your medication in stock at the time you request it.
If you or your pharmacy require that we provide a copy of your Health Information, our administrative team will endeavour to assist you swiftly.
We will send your Health Information to you or your nominated pharmacy within 7 days.

If you wish to transfer your Health Information to your chosen pharmacy, please book through the link below. Our administrative team will tend to the following on your behalf.
Your prescription belongs to you. However, regulatory approvals and practitioner credentials contain confidential practitioner information (such as personal contact details). For this reason, we do not provide approvals directly to patients. Instead, these documents are shared securely with your chosen dispensing pharmacy. This process ensures both practitioner safety and the integrity of your treatment.

Once the transfer is complete, you’ll receive a confirmation text message from our team.
