We work with partner pharmacies that we may recommend you use to dispense any medication that a registered health practitioner prescribes you following your use of the Services.
We may recommend that you use a partner pharmacy as we have a good working relationship with those partner pharmacies and are aware of the stock that they hold from time to time. We may recommend a partner pharmacy to you based on the medication you are prescribed and your geographic location to facilitate timely delivery of your medication by that recommended pharmacy.
You are not required to use a partner pharmacy and you can, at any time, request that we provide you with a copy of your prescription for you to attend and present to any pharmacy of your choice. We cannot guarantee that your selected pharmacy will have your prescribed medication in stock, or be able to obtain and dispense your medication in a timely manner.
If your selected pharmacy requires that we provide a copy of any approval letters issued to the Greencare registered health practitioners, we may charge you an administration fee to collate the requested documents, redact all personal information of the registered health practitioner from the documents and deliver the documents to your selected pharmacy. We will notify you of the estimated administration fee prior to undertaking the work, if applicable.
Text messages: By providing your phone number, you consent to receiving text (SMS) messages from Greencare Clinics and its representatives. Receiving promotional texts is not a requirement for any purchase or service from Greencare Clinics. If your phone number changes or is deactivated, please update your information with our patient care team to prevent messages from being sent to the wrong recipient.
Opting out: You can opt out of receiving promotional texts from Greencare Clinics at any time by replying STOP to any message. However, you will continue to receive texts about consultation appointments and important clinic messages.
Opting in: You can opt back in to receive promotional texts at any time.
Emails: By providing your email address, you consent to receive emails about our services and related information. You can opt out of promotional emails by following the unsubscribe instructions in the email.
Responsibility: Greencare Clinics is not responsible for content posted by others on social media, including its accuracy, completeness, timeliness, legality, or quality.
Forum Participation: If you participate in Greencare Clinics owned social media accounts (Instagram & Facebook), you agree not to post any content that violates laws or third-party rights, including intellectual property rights, or that is unlawful, abusive, threatening, defamatory, or offensive.
You must be over 18 to access Greencare Clinics’ services within Australia.
To access our telehealth services, you must be located within Australia with a valid medicare or IHI number.

Promotion Overview:
Greencare Clinics is offering $59 initial consultations exclusively for new patients. This applies to eligible patients booking their first Natural Health consultation during the promotional period.
Eligibility Criteria:
This promotion is open to individuals who have not previously had a consultation with Greencare Clinics. The offer applies to initial natural health consultations only. Follow-up appointments and other services are not included.
Promotional Period:
The offer is valid for appointments booked between 3:30pm AEDT on 19 August 2025 and 11:59pm AEDT on 31 January 2026. All bookings must be made within this timeframe to qualify.
Non-Transferable & Not Redeemable for Cash:
This promotion is non-transferable, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions.
Cancellations & Rescheduling:
Standard cancellation and rescheduling policies apply. If the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled, the promotional offer may no longer be valid.
Amendments or Termination:
Greencare Clinics reserves the right to amend, withdraw, or terminate this promotion at any time without prior notice. Any changes will not affect appointments already booked within the original promotional terms.
Compliance:
By booking under this promotion, patients accept these terms and conditions and agree to Greencare Clinics’ standard terms of service. Greencare Clinics complies with Australian healthcare advertising regulations, privacy laws, and consumer protection legislation.
From time to time, Greencare Clinics may run promotional offers to make our services more accessible. These offers are subject to the following general terms and conditions, unless otherwise specified on the dedicated promotion page:
1. Promotional Period

4. Non-Transferable and Not Redeemable for Cash

5. Appointment Changes
If an appointment booked under a promotion is rescheduled or cancelled, Greencare’s standard policies will apply. We cannot guarantee the same promotional rate will remain available outside the original booking period.
6. Appointment Availability
Promotions are subject to appointment availability and may be limited to specific times, practitioners, or consultation types. Booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment.
7. Changes to Promotions
Greencare Clinics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotional offer at its discretion without prior notice. Bookings made before such changes will be honoured under the original terms.
