While you are always free to nominate any pharmacy for dispensing, we have established secure communication channels and approval processes with several experienced pharmacies along the east coast of Australia.
Our goal is not only to ensure your prescription is dispensed safely, but also to make sure you feel supported throughout your treatment journey. By using pharmacies already connected to our systems, your prescription can usually be processed more quickly — saving you time and avoiding the extra steps involved in a transfer.

These arrangements help ensure your prescription is managed securely and efficiently, while also providing timely dispensing, guidance, and ongoing support as part of your treatment plan.
If you wish to transfer your prescription to a different pharmacy, a $99 transfer fee applies. This fee covers:
Redaction of your personal and prescribing data
Secure setup of the new pharmacy in the TGA portal
Sharing and confirming approvals with the new pharmacy
Administrative processing and coordination
Ongoing communication with the pharmacy
Establishing a secure portal for the pharmacy to access approvals and practitioner credentials
Your prescription belongs to you. However, regulatory approvals and practitioner credentials contain confidential practitioner information (such as personal contact details). For this reason, we do not provide approvals directly to patients. Instead, these documents are shared securely with your chosen dispensing pharmacy. This process ensures both practitioner safety and the integrity of your treatment.
Important: To begin a transfer, the Pharmacy Transfer Form must be completed and the $99 transfer fee paid at the time of request.
