Receive a reminder SMS

Ahead of your scheduled consultation you will receive a reminder SMS with your appointment details. If you have any questions ahead of your consultation, please call our patient care team on 1300 508 888.

Connect with our practitioners

Your consultation will be a private telehealth appointment with the practitioner via phone. The practitioner will call from a private number, so please ensure you are able to answer the call.

Question you forgot to ask the practitioner?

Please call our friendly patient care team on 1300 508 888 if you have any questions you forgot to ask during your consultation. 

Prescription is sent to the pharmacy

If you are prescribed a general medication, your practitioner will send your prescription to either yourself or a preferred pharmacy that the practitioner is in ongoing communication with.  If you have been prescribed a schedule 4, schedule 8 or compounded medication then it is preferred that the practitioner sends any approvals and prescriptions to the preferred pharmacy. The pharmacy will be well versed and experienced with your medications and will be able to dispense with the necessary approvals that are provided to them.  Please be sure to let us know if you have other requirements, preferences or requests and simply email our management at office@greencare.com.au so we can assist further.  

Receive your prescription

The pharmacy will process your prescription, and your medication will be delivered discreetly to your door. 

Follow up call

One month after your initial consultation you are advised to complete a review with your practitioner. A Greencare team member will reach out directly to organise this review.

Ongoing follow-up appointments

 The Greencare team will reach out to you before your scripts expire to determine if you would like to book in a follow-up appointment. 

We ensure our patients are looked after at every step of the way, and the Greencare patient care team is available to answer any questions you have between Monday – Friday from 9am – 5pm.
