The practitioner will assess your needs and work collaboratively with you to determine a wellness plan and explore appropriate treatment options.
Please note that prescriptions, including repeats, are issued solely at the practitioner’s discretion.
Any prescriptions issued to you will be sent to the pharmacy of your choice.
Consultation is by telehealth only (telephone or video are available).
