Initial Consultation

New patient consultation and personalised assessment.

Practitioner will determine the treatment plan suitable for your situation. 

Practitioner applies for prescription approval if required (repeat prescriptions on an initial consultation are at the discretion of the doctor).

If you receive a prescription, it will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.  

If you have been prescribed a schedule 8 medication, your script will expire after 6 months.

Consultation is by telehealth only (telephone or video are available).

Includes a follow up (non prescribing) nurse consultation 4 weeks after your appointment, to review your progress and address any questions you may have.

Please confirm that you are 18+ years of age.

Follow Up Consultation

$99

Only for existing patients

No referral required. You are already a patient in our system.

Practitioner will assess the effectiveness of the treatment and your current health condition.

Application/submission included for additional prescriptions if required.

If you have been prescribed a schedule 8 medication, your script will expire after 6 months.

The practitioner will assess your progress and will issue a new prescription with repeats if this should be required.

If required, your prescription will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Clinic Transfer - Initial Consultation

Coming from another Clinic

For new patients who have had previous consultation with a doctor, and who are wishing to transfer from their current clinic or doctor. Greencare may require a discharge letter and medical history from your current clinic prior your consultation.

Many patients come to us as a result of Greencare being an independent clinic. 

Application/submission included for additional prescriptions if required.

If you receive a prescription, it will be sent to your pharmacy of choice.

Free Nurse pre-screening consultation to discuss your health concerns.

Post Consultation Requests

Request to Change Script - Follow Up Consultation

Requires consultation with a practitioner.

Must be within 4 weeks of last appointment

We can provide no guarantee that your prescription will be changed, this is up to discretion of your practitioner to determine.

Request to Change Dispensing Pharmacy

$69

This fee includes but is not limited to:

Our administrative time.

Updating your patient file.

Compiling relevant documentation from various sources to be transferred.

Transferring escripts across.

Sometimes this will require that the escript be cancelled at the original pharmacy and reissued which requires input from your practitioner.

Transfering TGA documentation.

Creating a shared drive linking your pharmacy and the practitioner.

Your pharmacy will need to:

Set up accounts with various pharmaceutical companies for ordering.

Be contactable via phone and email.

Please note, we can only support a change of pharmacy if the pharmacy you're requesting is based in either NSW, VIC or QLD.

Kathleen is an experienced Nurse Practitioner with a proven track record of assisting clients in finding relief through alternative plant based medications.

With over 25 years experience in women’s health, Kathleen has extensive experience in looking after female veterans who experience chronic pain, anxiety, PTSD and related insomnia (at unacceptably high rates); women experiencing chronic pain associated with endometriosis or other chronic pelvic pain syndromes; sexual health, vulvovaginal pain, pain with intercourse, and pain related to menopause.

After experiencing the positive effects plant based medicine had on patients in the USA, Kathleen undertook the training/education to become a certified cannabis prescriber. After moving to Canberra from the USA, Kathleen became an authorised prescriber in Australia. 

Kathleen is driven by her passion to help patients on their healthcare journey through alternative medication.
