Community Guidelines

Our community guidelines have been developed to help us foster a respectful, safe, inclusive and supportive community.

Building a Positive Community

We understand that not everything goes as planned, and it can be frustrating. We are committed to resolving issues promptly, and to continuously improve our service.

We expect everyone in our community—employees, patients, prospective patients, suppliers, and pharmacies—to adhere to the following guidelines:

Show respect: We promote open discussions and are here to listen. All communication should be respectful. We do not tolerate threatening behavior, personal attacks, or language that is malicious, abusive, offensive, or misleading.

Be inclusive: Our community values inclusivity and respects each other’s differences. Any form of racism, sexism, or other discriminatory behavior is not tolerated.

Anti-bullying: We expect our community members to avoid trolling, bullying, humiliation, and intimidation.

Ethics: Everyone is responsible for following the law. Any illegal activities, including fraud, defamation, sharing explicit material, and falsifying information, will not be tolerated.

Violating Greencare’s Community Guidelines may result in removal from our community and platform. Thank you for helping us maintain a positive space.

Your form has been submitted and reviewed, our friendly team will be in touch.
